DEFECTIVE GOODS AND RETURNS

In the unlikely event that the Goods do not conform with these Terms, please let us know as soon as possible after delivery. We will collect the Goods on a date agreed between us and once we have checked that the Goods are faulty, we will: provide you with a full or partial refund; or replace the Goods; or repair the Goods.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER

As our window blinds are made to measure you have 24 hour cancellation or amendment period only if you wish to cancel or amend an order within 24 hours please call us on Tel: 0800 7999 991 after 24 hours cancellation period your order cannot be cancelled and your order will be in production and materials, fabric & component will be cut to size in order to make a delivery on your made to measure product according to the consumer protection (Distant selling regulation 2000 made to measure goods i.e blinds are excluded from the legislation and a 7 day cancellation rights do not apply. please note our deposits are not refundable.
